Exhibitor Policies

The full payment must be received 60 days before the event start date to secure the Sponsorship/ Exhibition which you have opted for. Without full payment, Meeting Minds FZ LLC cannot guarantee and will not reserve the Sponsorship/Exhibition for the companies.

In the event of cancellation or termination of this contract by the sponsor, the sponsor shall pay the ORGANIZER cancellation charges at the following rates

1. Cancellation more than 120 days before the first day of the event – 50% of contract value.
2. Cancellation less than 120 days before the first day of the event – 100% of contract value.

1. Sponsor virtual booth location will be determined by sponsorship level and in the order in which the signed sponsorship contracts were received.
2. The exhibit hall booth layout is subject to change.
3. Exhibit Hall booth hours are subject to change and are based on the final conference schedule.
4. All videos available for viewing in sponsor booths must be free of inappropriate content and is subject to the Code of Conduct.
5.  All linked content available in sponsor booths must be compliant with the  Code of Conduct.
6. Chat rooms will be monitored to ensure that participants are following the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
7. Meeting Minds FZ LLC reserves the right to remove anyone from the event if it is determined that your participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the event or the enjoyment of the virtual event content by other attendees.
