NOTE: All participants including program committee members, coordinators, chairs and speakers are required to register for WONCA 2021 Virtual Conference. This policy helps to support WONCA programs and initiatives to improve the quality of Primary Health Care in low-income settings. WONCA appreciates your understanding and support. If you belong to a WONCA member society, you will benefit from reduced registration fees. Please see the complete list of WONCA Member Societies.
WONCA 2021 Virtual Conference Pricing | Fees in US dollars
Registration Payments :
All registrations must be made online. The WONCA 2021 Virtual Conference will not process registrations that do not include payment information, and receipt of partial registration does not guarantee the registration rate.
The WONCA 2021 Virtual Conference reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category and make any necessary corrections. For example, a non-member of WONCA that chooses the WONCA member or Medical Student rate will be corrected upon review. WONCA 2021 Virtual Conference reserves the right to charge his/her credit card the difference in registration fees.
Registration Modification & Cancellation Conditions :
In the event of cancellation, written notification must be sent by email to registration@wonca2021.com Please note that due to number of requests to be handled at the moment, refunds will be processed in the coming 3 months.

Cancellation policy for new registrations (WOC2021 Virtual®)
- Until October 25, 2021.: registration fees will be refunded, excluding $75 administrative fees
- After October 25, 2021.: as per cancellation policy, fees will not be refunded
